A Country Club in New Jersey is a good example.  They have a very strong and well-attended summer camp program. Parents drop off their children in the morning during the summer.  They know their children are taken care of, getting loads of exercise, fresh air, and educated at the same time. 

As the children rotate around different sports activities, a manners class is being taught.  One session teaches basic social skills. Another session is basic table manners as lunch is served.

On another day, all the children are entertained by afternoon tea. 

On the last day, a gift bag is sent home with their manners activity book, placemat, and thank you notes.

The parents are thrilled.
