Meet Lisa Richey
Founder and Etiquette Expert
Lisa Richey is the founder of Manners To Go™, an international etiquette and character-education brand built on the belief that good manners come from self-interest, not obligation. Manners come from understanding how treating others well changes how you feel on the inside. What began in a single classroom has grown into a global brand, with licensees teaching the Manners To Go™ curriculum from the Netherlands to Haiti, and thousands of children taught through schools, nonprofits, associations, and community organizations.
The Manners To Go™ curriculum is used at Spring Education Group (SEG), where it has been selected as the children’s manners program for two consecutive years, and Lisa served as the etiquette expert for Eloise at the Plaza, presenting afternoon tea etiquette to parents and their children. She has also been a featured speaker at Choate Rosemary Hall and a presenter at The Shipley School, and has brought her training to national organizations including the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts of America.
Lisa has served on the board of directors for Girls Inc. and was selected by the Ministry of Bahrain to present to an international audience.
